The Leadership Challenge: getting beyond half-brain thinking

What is Whole Brain Thinking?

Whole brain thinking is a unique form of problem solving: it involves making a situation better by raising your mind to the level of vision, and then finding strategies that allow your vision to come true.

Whole-Brain thinking is systemic. It looks at the relationship of the parts and the whole. Consider a holograph where every aspect of an image mirrors the whole image. Or consider the human body as a system where the skeletal, pulmonary, cardiovascular and neurological systems are part of the whole of how our body functions. Right brain and left-brain thinking are each part of full-brain thinking. Why stop yourself? Why not, consider the possibilities of becoming a Whole Brain Leader?
