With degrees in psychology, business and organizational
behavior, DuAnne says that people are truly the experts of their own
selves. Her gift is to facilitate
people and organizations to move forward, decide what they want, change
directions or provide methods to get unstuck.
After 18 years of working
in highly structured hierarchical corporations, including two Fortune firms,
DuAnne became an organizational consultant in 1989. She had learned first-hand the
lessons of personal excellence, and began serving organizations and individuals
